I'm a Hare in the Long Patrol!
Oh I walk over here and patrol over there,
and it's all because I'm a hare, yes, a hare oh a hare!
in the Long Patrol there is no, time to roll!
it's up on march intil you flow, into a mollow!
then it's down at dusk, looking husk, at the end of the day!
oh theres no bolly chance to play!
eat brekers, and lots! cause it's the only stuff ya' gots!
eat lunch (just'a munch or ya'l get a'punch)
then eat din in a tin, a tin, yes, a tin!
cause that's the life ya' get in the Long Patrol!
Do we like it? Yeah!

but don't you dare morn or ya'l get us all warned!
